HELP PROTECT YOUR REGISTERED TRADEMARKS OR COPYRIGHT MATERIAL FROM INFRINGERS COMING IN FROM ACROSS OUR BORDERS!
You have already taken great effort and expense to protect your Trademarks and Copyrights, but it is important to remember that the only way US Customs can protect your intellectual property at the border is to be registered and entered into their database.
US Customs & Border Protection (CBP), a bureau of the Department of Homeland Security, maintains a trademark and copyright recordation system for marks and copyrighted material registered at the United States Patent and Trademark Office and US Copyright Office. Parties who register their marks on the Principal Register may also take advantage and record these marks with the CBP. This helps the CBP with its efforts to prevent the importation of goods and material that infringe registered marks and copyrights. The recordation database includes information regarding all recorded marks, which includes images of these marks. CBP officers then monitor imports to prevent the importation of goods bearing infringing marks, and can access the recordation database at each of the 317 ports of entry.
Let our IP professionals file and record your trademarks and copyrights on the Intellectual Property Right e-Recordation (IPRR) system and reinforce your IP protection.
